Children's House Lead Guide
Position job description.
The Lead Guide is the primary teacher in a Montessori classroom, responsible for facilitating an environment where each child can grow at their own pace. The Lead Guide observes, supports, and guides children in self-directed learning, offering lessons and materials that foster intellectual, social, and emotional development.
Assistant
Position job description.
The Assistant supports the Lead Guide in creating a Montessori classroom that encourages independence, self-direction, and holistic development. The Assistant Guide observes and assists children, maintains the prepared environment, and helps facilitate lessons and daily activities that support each child’s growth.
